You have the right to return the products you purchased, within 3 days of receiving them. In this case, telephone communication between the store and the customer is followed, where after consultation the return is made.
The products should be checked upon receipt, if they are in good condition, before the carrier leaves, for any damage during transit.
In case of returning products from Cyprus or another country abroad, please contact the e-shop.
Change of your order in Store
You can change your products or issue a credit coupon in the store without extra charge, after contacting the store by phone.
Change of your order via Courier
If you wish to exchange the product with another, you will be charged with the return costs (5€) as well as the costs of the new shipment (5€). Additional 4€ will be charged if you want to pay by cash on delivery.
If you want a refund, you will be charged the return costs (5€).
The refund amount will be deposited into your account within 10 working days.
If you wish to issue a credit voucher, you will be sent an email with the voucher with the amount of the refunded money and with the costs of the return (5€) to be borne by you.
The return fee (5€) only applies if you choose to make your return via Speedex.
Terms & Conditions
There are two alternatives for returning products, either a refund or a credit voucher.
Products must be returned within 3 days of receipt or the product return may be refused. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
The product return must contain products and the retail receipt .
The acceptance or non-acceptance of the return will be done after quality control by our company.

- If you wish to exchange with other products, place a new order and mention in the comments that it is intended for exchange..
- You send the package to us with the products in the same condition in which you received them and accompanied by the retail receipt.
- If there is no problem with the product, we will promptly replace it, refund your money or issue a credit voucher.
To avoid any inconvenience, we recommend that upon receipt of the package, you look on the outside of the package for any alterations or obvious defects inside it and on the products. In case a product is returned and after our own quality control is found to be defective, we will contact you.
You can make your return with any courier company at your own risk and charge.
In case of an error by the company or sending a defective product, the shipping costs are borne by the company.
